Requirements
To transfer feedback to kununu, you need the "Feedback Solution" module (available for a fee).
Once you have purchased it, you can connect your kununu employer profile to the softgarden applicant management system.
Activation of Kununu transmission
Go to your system's settings.
Select the “Additional Features” tab.
Now click on “Feedback Solution”.
4. At the bottom you will find the option “Share your reviews on kununu” with step-by-step instructions on how to set it up.
5. Click "Connect now."
A new window will open where you can enter your kununu profile details.
Important Notes
The company name must be written exactly as it appears on kununu; any discrepancies will prevent the transfer.
Only feedback from the last 12 months is transferred; older reviews will not appear on kununu.
Once the connection is successfully established, the transfer takes place automatically once a month, usually at the end of the month.
Synchronization begins only after setup; existing older feedback is not transferred retroactively.
Ensure your kununu profile is active and correctly maintained so that the reviews become visible.
