Softgarden offers a Feedback Solution that allows companies to systematically collect feedback on candidates and their hiring processes. This feature supports the optimization of recruiting processes and enables informed decisions based on real feedback.
1️⃣ Presentation of the respective feedback requests
For Candidates:
Candidates receive an automatic email notification 24 hours after the first interview, inviting them to rate their application experience.
📩 Email Notification: After clicking on "Rate your application experience now," they are directed to a structured form where they can provide their feedback.
For Employees:
Employees receive an automatic email notification 3 months after hiring, inviting them to rate their application experience.
📩 Email Notification: After clicking on "Rate us now," they are directed to a structured form where they can provide their feedback.
❗Note on the Evaluation Criteria:
The evaluation criteria stored in the Feedback Solution cannot be individually adjusted, as they have been defined in coordination with Kununu. These fixed criteria ensure a uniform and comparable evaluation of the application process and provide a consistent data basis for analyzing and optimizing the Candidate Experience.
2️⃣ Setting up the Feedback Solution
You can easily commission the feedback integration for a fee through the Softgarden Marketplace as an administrator.
❗Important Note: The booking of the function does not inherit from the main client to sub-clients. If there are sub-clients, the Feedback Solution must be booked separately for them.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Navigate to the Softgarden Marketplace
Go to the "Marketplace" area
Switch to the "Data and Analysis" tab
Select the “Feedback Solution” entry (a search function is also available).
2️⃣ Contact
Click on "Contact" in the displayed mask.
3️⃣ Provide Contact Details
Provide your contact details so that a team member can contact you as soon as possible.
3️⃣ Functionality of the Feedback Solution
💬 Feedback requests to candidates are sent automatically:
📅 24 hours after the first interview – to capture the perception of the conversation and selection process.
💬 Feedback requests to employees are also automated:
📅 3 months after hiring – to get a complete picture of the application experience.

5️⃣ Note on the Feedback Solution if the function is not booked
If the Feedback Solution is not booked, certain function components are not available. In this case, feedback can be collected and evaluated internally but cannot be published or made externally visible.
🚫 Unavailable Functions:
Softgarden Certificate Page – The certificate page cannot be published, so candidates do not have insight into the applicant feedback.
SEO Optimization & Visibility – Without the certificate page, the opportunity to publicly showcase the application experience and benefit from a better Google ranking is lost.
Comment Review & Publication – Feedback comments are not reviewed and released by the Softgarden team.
Certificate Widget for Marketing Purposes – The widget with the personal score cannot be integrated into the job portal or activated in job ads.
❗Important Note: Without booking the function, collected feedback remains internal and serves only for the analysis and optimization of the application process within the company. An external presentation to enhance the employer brand is not possible.
