What is the Interview Scorecard?
The interview scorecard is a structured evaluation system that allows you to objectively assess candidates based on predefined criteria. It helps you create a standardized and understandable assessment of candidates.
Why is the scorecard important?
Objective assessment: Comparable evaluations between different interviewers.
Structured decision-making: Helps systematically capture strengths and weaknesses.
Efficiency increase: Faster and more informed selection processes.
How does the Interview Scorecard work?
1️⃣ Define criteria – Set relevant evaluation criteria such as professional competence, teamwork ability, or communication strength.
2️⃣ Provide feedback – Supplement the evaluation with comments to capture individual impressions. ➝ Interviewers invited to the appointment receive the opportunity to evaluate the candidate via email. ➝ The email is sent automatically one hour after the interview.

The evaluation can be conducted directly from softgarden at any time.
Optional: Invite guests to evaluate
1️⃣ Click on "Evaluations" in the application and then on the plus sign next to the "Evaluations" entry.
2️⃣ Select the "Invite guest" option.
3️⃣ Enter the email address of the person who should provide an evaluation.
4️⃣ Compare and decide – Use the collected evaluations for an informed selection decision.
