Here’s how you can create or change your email signature in Softgarden:
1️⃣ Click on 👤 (or your preview image) at the top right and select "Your Account" from the menu.
2️⃣ Navigate to the "Profile" → "Email Signature" section and click "Edit" in the "Personal Signature" field to enter edit mode.
3️⃣ Enter your desired signature or adjust the existing one, then click "Save" to apply the changes.
4️⃣ You have various options here to individually add or adjust your personal signature. Once your signature is complete, click "Save" to store it.
ℹ️ Info: If your company uses a standardized corporate signature instead of individual signatures, this is edited by your system administrators as follows.
The path to editing the corporate signature is the same as for the personal signature: Navigate to the "Your Account" → "Email Signature" settings and click "Edit" in the "Personal Signature" field to enter edit mode.
Notes on Email Signatures in Softgarden
We recommend creating a personal signature that differs from the company signature to avoid duplication in email correspondence. A uniform signature structure ensures clear and consistent communication.
Displaying an email address in the signature may lead applicants to write directly to the listed address instead of using the intended communication path via Softgarden. Emails sent outside of Softgarden are not listed in the system. This can impair the complete documentation of the application process and result in an incomplete communication overview.
