To customize the certificate page to match your company branding, do the following:
Open Settings.
Click on Additional features.
Select Feedback Solution.
Go to the softgarden certificate page section and click "Set up now".
A pop-up window opens to guide you through the setup process:
Enter company details (first page)
Configure language settings (second step)
Set the start date for publishing feedback under configuration
Select the type of feedback and determine whether anonymized ratings should be displayed
In the final step, you can view a preview of the certificate page and then publish the certificate.
Once the certificate page has been published, it cannot be deactivated.
Integration of the certificate widget
You can embed the certificate widget - displaying your personal score - on your job portal to inform potential candidates about your feedback.
The widget links to your certificate page, which must be published for this purpose.
Optionally, you can also display the widget in your job advertisements.
Link to kununu employer profile
You can also share the feedback you’ve received on your kununu employer profile.
To do this, go to: Settings → Additional Features → Feedback Solution
There you will find the “Share your reviews on kununu” section and can set up the link.
Click "Connect now" and then add the link to your kununu employer profile.
Notes
The reviews are exported to kununu once a month.
kununu only accepts reviews from the last 12 months. Older reviews cannot be transferred.
