In the "Feedback" section, you can forward feedback from applicants or employees to softgarden using the "Report Comment" function. This allows you to mark content that seems inappropriate or sensitive to you—such as due to problematic wording or critical statements.
What happens after you report a comment?
Not yet reportable?: Some comments can only be reported after they have been reviewed by the softgarden team.
Daily review: We typically review new feedbacks daily in the afternoon.
Feedback & release: After the review, it can take up to 24 hours for the corrected feedback to be displayed.
What should you pay attention to when reporting?
You can report any feedback at your own discretion.
Please make sure not to use real names or personal data in your report.
What happens to reported comments?
If feedback is to be completely removed, please contact your softgarden customer advisor directly—not through the comment function.
Without your feedback, we will not change or delete anything—unless critical content is identified during the review.
Revised comments will no longer appear on Kununu but may only appear on your internal feedback page (if available).
How can you deactivate Kununu transmission?
Please inform us by the 25th of the month at the latest if you do not want certain feedback to be published on Kununu.
The automatic forwarding occurs only once per month.
Whether Kununu actually publishes feedback is up to Kununu itself—softgarden has no direct influence here. This is also stated in the contracts we have concluded with you.
Notes on comments in the Feedback Solution
Comments you record directly in the Feedback Solution will not be transmitted to Kununu.
If visibility on Kununu is important to you, it is best to enter your comment simultaneously in both systems or directly at Kununu only.
