This feature allows you to reactivate a canceled or paused application or delete a pre-scheduled rejection.
Important: This feature is only available to administrators and works only if the job is still active.
How to reset the workflow step:
Open the relevant application in Softgarden and click on the three dots at the top right.
Click here on the entry “Change workflow step to new”.
Click the “Reset” button to confirm.
The application is now back in the “New” workflow step.
Notes:
Delayed rejections are also deleted upon reset.
After the reset, the application is in the “New” status and can be edited again.
If the job is no longer active, the workflow step cannot be reset.
If you do not see the “Change workflow step to new” entry, you do not have the necessary administrator rights.
