You can view the system at any time to see who an application has been shared with, when this occurred, and how long access remains valid. Two areas are available to you for this purpose.
1. Application history
In the history you will find a complete, chronological overview of all activities related to the application. There you can see, among other things:
when the application was shared
with whom it was shared
until when the access is valid
History is therefore the most detailed source for understanding divisions.
2. "Shared with" section in the application
There is also a "Shared with" section directly within the application. Here, you can see at a glance:
all currently active shares
the people who currently have access
This section is particularly useful if you want to quickly check who currently has access to the application.
