You need a valid certificate to use the interface with the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Since this certificate has a limited validity period, it must be renewed regularly. Here, you can find out how to upload a new certificate and what you need to keep in mind.
Where do I upload the new certificate?
Proceed as follows in softgarden:
Open the Settings section
Select Job boards
Click on Federal Employment Agency
Upload the new certificate file there, enter the required details, and save the change.
The certificate must have been provided by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit beforehand.
When does the new certificate take effect?
The new certificate becomes active the moment it is uploaded.
It applies only to new job postings made after the upload.
Ads that are already running or were posted previously continue to use the old certificate.
Important: To use the new certificate, you must place a new job posting via the Federal Employment Agency.
How do you get a new certificate?
Normally, the Federal Employment Agency sends you a renewal certificate annually.
If you have not received a new certificate, please request one directly from the Federal Employment Agency—just as you did for the initial application.
