If you wish to enable an already activated Marketplace product for your sub-tenants as well, please proceed as follows:
1. Check the Marketplace to see if sub-tenant management is available.
Open the desired product in the Marketplace.
Look for the "Manage subsidiaries" section (e.g., Smart Calendar).
If this section is displayed, you can manage the sub-clients directly and enable the product for them yourself.
If the section is not displayed, the product is currently available only to the main company.
2. If no management option is visible → Contact your account manager
If the sub-client management section is not displayed, you cannot extend the product yourself.
In this case, please contact your softgarden account manager. They will review the product configuration and, if necessary, enable the product for your sub-clients.
