Cammio is a cloud-based video recruiting platform for video interviews and video assessments that can be integrated into the softgarden application process. Details about cammio can be found on the softgarden Marketplace.

With softgarden, you can invite candidates to asynchronous interviews in Cammio and view the results directly within the system.

You configure the basic settings and create interview templates directly in Cammio, with support provided by Cammio.

To use the Cammio integration in softgarden, you need an active Cammio license.

To activate it in softgarden, open the Marketplace section in the left-hand navigation bar and search for Cammio.

Then, click "Activate integration" in the top right corner and select from the subsequent menu whether the integration should be enabled only for the main account or also for existing sub-accounts.

To integrate into softgarden you need API access for Cammio. You will receive this directly from Cammio. Then enter the access data in the “Additional functions” → “Integrations” settings area.

An interview with Cammio can be defined as a workflow step in softgarden.

To do this, please create a new application step in a new custom application process. As an action, select "Schedule Assessment".

You can then create a new job with this application process and use the Cammio integration.

In the window that opens, you can select a template created in Cammio. Furthermore, you can set a deadline, which overrides the default set in Cammio.

In the next step, invite the candidate.

Important: If you use your own template, you must include the macro for the invitation link.

The status cards are updated accordingly.

Once an assessment is completed, you will be notified by email.
The result is then displayed in the Assessment tab.

You can switch between questions by selecting the respective question.

You can automatically invite candidates once a specific workflow step is reached. To do this, set up a configuration in a custom application process and select the assessment as well as the email template to be used. Editing these values is possible at any time.

In the Assessment tab, you can also invite candidates to a Cammio interview independently of the defined application process.

Important: If the assessment is not part of the application process, the current status is only visible in the Assessment tab.
