Where can I find the iFrame for embedding on our company website?

This help article explains where to find the iFrame for embedding the external or internal job portal into your company website and how to use it correctly.

Access the iFrame

You can find the link to the iFrame of your external and internal job portal directly in the system at:

Path: Settings → Individualization → Job portal → iFrame

There you can copy the iFrame code and paste it into your company website or intranet.

External vs. internal job portal

  • External job portal:

    • Will be integrated into the public careers page.

    • All applicants can see the job advertisements and apply.

  • Internal job portal:

    • Restricted access by default.

    • Intended for internal employees, e.g. B. for internal job advertisements.

Access restriction to the internal portal

The link to the internal job portal is IP-restricted by default.

You can deactivate this restriction using the marked control in the settings if the portal is integrated into an already secured environment (e.g. intranet).

This way you ensure that only authorized people have access.

Important notes

  • Make sure that the iFrame code is integrated completely and correctly.

  • If you change the filter settings in the iFrame tab, the iFrame code adapts. The iFrame code must then be exchanged on your company website or intranet.

  • Check regularly whether the integrated page is accessible and the job advertisements are displayed correctly.

  • If you have multiple clients or sub-portals, make sure to use the correct iFrame link.
