Create job
Go to Jobs → Create Job and set the title, location, job team, etc. as usual. In the first step “Definition” you will find the “Location” section. There you select “Who can apply?” the target group “Internal only”.
This means the job posting will only be published on the internal career portal once the job creation process is complete and the job has been published.
If the job has been created but not yet published, please first click the blue "Publish" button. Then follow the steps in the job creation menu and publish the job.

If you also want to advertise the position externally at a later time:
Open the job.
Click the blue "Post additional ads" button in the top right corner.
Follow the job creation menu, select your preferred external publishing options, and publish the position.
The position will then appear on the external careers page and can also be posted on job boards.
Important Notes
Internal and external posting can be managed independently of each other.
Internal applications are retained if you subsequently post the job externally.
You can activate or deactivate both posting channels (internal and external) at any time via the three-dot menu under the "Job Boards" tab within the job listing.
