The Flow overview page

Focus on user-friendliness and clarity.

The Flow overview page serves as the central entry point for managing all onboarding processes.

Its design is based on the familiar structure used for applicant management. This facilitates navigation, ensures consistency, and supports rapid onboarding.

Filter flows by status

Switch between active, completed, or archived flows with a single click—keeping you on top of ongoing and past onboardings at all times.

Current employee phase

You can see at a glance whether an employee is currently in the preboarding, onboarding, or offboarding phase.

Flow Contributors

All individuals or groups taking on tasks within a specific flow are clearly displayed here:

  • Employees

    • Green avatar for a purely private email address

    • Blue avatar for an assigned business email address

  • Manager

  • Buddy

  • Additional users

  • Groups (blue avatar with a border)

This makes it immediately apparent who is involved in which onboarding process.

Flow start date

Shows the start date of each flow - useful for planning, prioritizing, and identifying overdue tasks.

Tiles

As an alternative to the table view, a tile view is now available—particularly well-suited for large screens.

Key information for each flow is displayed in a compact, clear format, making it ideal for those who prefer working visually.

Revamped Search & Filter Functionality

The search and filter functions have been completely overhauled; they are now faster and more intuitive, and support multiple selections—allowing you, for example, to view flows from several companies simultaneously.

This ensures you always maintain a clear overview, even within complex structures and across multiple teams, without needing to switch views.

Filter tags with one click

Filter more easily: Click on a day in the table to apply it directly as a filter, which is ideal for quickly narrowing down by topic, team or category.

Customizable table view

The new table offers flexible customization options:

  • Show or hide columns to focus on relevant information

  • Pin the first column so it remains visible while scrolling horizontally

  • Enable compact mode to display more rows at once—ideal for large screens or extensive datasets

These features make it easier to work with numerous flows and provide a clearer overview of day-to-day operations.

Freeze the first column

The first column remains visible when scrolling to the right—this way, you maintain the connection to the specific person or flow, even with very wide tables.

image

Default table view

By default, the flow overview appears as a structured table, similar to the applicant management view. This makes it faster to capture, sort, and manage onboarding processes, even with large volumes of data.
