Job Overview
The job overview is the heart of your career page.
It is filled automatically – your job postings come from applicant management and are immediately synchronized with your career page when changes are made.
The builder offers you numerous options to customize the job overview to your needs:
Layout
Filters
Attributes
Presets
Button
Layout
The following options are available:
Display job overview as a list instead of tiles
If tile layout, then:
Show images
Compact view
Offset tile layout
Then you can:
Define the number of jobs per page for typical devices
Layout: List View
The list view is a classic layout variant that focuses on a minimalist presentation.
This layout is particularly recommended if you advertise a large number of positions and want to give applicants a quick overview of all offers.
Layout: Tile View
Disable the list view to switch to tile mode (default). This is the optimal layout for both a large and small number of jobs.
Layout: Tile View with Images
If you want to spice up the tile view a bit, enable the images. The images are automatically assigned to each job based on its category.
Your career page already contains 200 suitable images for all standard categories. However, if you have your own company images, you can replace all predefined images with your own.

Layout: Spacious
The compact layout is enabled by default, allowing more jobs to fit in a row.
Disable the compact layout to achieve a spacious display. For example, on a typical desktop computer, 3 instead of 4 jobs in a row are displayed.
This setting is not relevant for mobile devices, as all job tiles are arranged one below the other for space reasons.
Layout: Offset Tile Layout
The offset tile layout allows for a visually dynamic display by ensuring that the job tiles do not end in a straight line at the bottom but instead have their height determined by the length of the job title. This creates an optical offset effect.
This setting is not relevant for mobile devices, as all job tiles are arranged one below the other for space reasons.
Layout: Adaptation to Typical Devices
You can set the number of rows with job tiles or list entries for desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
On mobile devices, a row typically consists of one job, so this setting defines the number of jobs arranged one below the other.
Image explanation:
Number of rows on mobile phone → unlimited
Number of rows on tablet → 4
Job Filters
All filters in the job overview can be turned on and off. The following filters are available:
Keyword search
Please note that the entire text of the job posting is searched, not just the job title.
Location search including radius
For technical reasons, we currently cannot support auto-completion.
Target group
Job category
Location
Company
All filter contents are dynamically determined from the current job postings. This means that even if a job with a specific location is posted but is not currently active, that location will not be displayed in the filters.
Show Only Jobs in the Language of the Page
In Release 30, a new function was added to the filter options of the job list: Show only jobs in the language of the page
This allows you to pre-filter all job postings in the job list that do not match the language of your career page. This function is especially useful if you want to advertise the same position in different languages.
First, create this job in applicant management (e.g., in German) and create another job as a copy in another language (e.g., in English).
Now switch to the career page and enable the new filter function on both your German and English career pages. Now the English job is hidden on the German page and vice versa.
This function is also available in the following widgets:

Settings for Multi-Selection Filters
In Release 32, the job filters were revised to allow the applicant to select multiple entries within a category at the same time.
In the presets, the filters can also be pre-defined multiple times.
Two display variants are available:
normal (default) and
compact
Multi-Selection Filter: Desktop
Comparison: Standard display (above) and compact display (below)
By default, multiple selected filter options are displayed below the filter, which can make the filter block appear very bulky if many filters are selected multiple times.
On a typical desktop computer, this display is acceptable because there is a lot of space available. It also offers better clarity because it is immediately apparent which filters are selected.
Multi-Selection Filter: Mobile
Comparison: Standard display (right) and compact display (left)
On a mobile device, multiple selected filter options are also displayed below the filter by default, which can make the filter block appear very bulky if many filters are selected multiple times.
The compact version offers a consolidated view. However, to display the currently applied filters, the dropdown menu must be opened. Nevertheless, we recommend activating this version for mobile phones as it takes up less space.
Job Attributes
You can display up to four attributes in the job tile.
Target group
Job category
Location
Date
Each corner is reserved for one attribute.
In the list view, the attributes are arranged from left to right next to the job title.
Filter Presets
Filter presets are a powerful feature that allows you to tailor the jobs in the overview precisely to your landing page.
You can predefine any filters with one or more values to display only jobs for a specific company or with a specific keyword.
In the example shown, the jobs for entry-level positions in Berlin are displayed.
You can also predefine filters and only create a link with this preset, which you can forward. When the link is called, the preset becomes active.
Please note that the predefined filters must also be activated for the preset to work correctly.
Buttons: Unsolicited Application
You can enable a link to unsolicited application below the job overview.
To do this, create a corresponding job in applicant management and link the button to this position. Alternatively, you can also provide an email address
However, we recommend using the Talent Pool Application component to collect unsolicited applications.
Buttons: Job Subscription
An elegant way to draw the prospect's attention to the subscription function is to display it directly below the job list. By clicking on the new "Subscribe to job offers" button, the form opens.
This way, prospects can subscribe to the mailing list directly if they do not find suitable positions.
Here you define which form fields your prospects can or must fill out:
Job category
Target groups
By selecting specific job categories or target groups, the prospect can define their job preferences precisely.
You can also make these fields optional or disable them completely. In this case, the prospect will be notified by email about all new jobs.
In this tab, you can also change the button label and color.
