In this component, you can enter your HR appointments and events. This way, potential applicants can always keep track of which events your company will be represented at.

Please note that past events are not automatically deactivated.


Events: Add Entries

You can add any number of events.


To do so, click on the plus icon.


Configure Event

The following event settings are available to you:

  • Start date*

  • End date
    If the event takes place on one day only or if the end date is irrelevant, leave this field blank.

  • Event title
    for example, the name of the event

  • Description

  • for example, the event location

  • Text
    for example, the address of the event location

  • Link to event*
    for example, the link to the event website

*Required fields

If you want more flexibility in presenting your company events, such as using an image, use the component Teasers.


Choose Color Scheme

Here you can set the color scheme for this component. This setting affects the event tile and the button link.


Contacts

Even an excellent career page may not answer all your applicants' questions. Moreover, many applicants appreciate the personal contact with your HR department.


With the "Contacts" component, you can briefly introduce the relevant contact persons and list the contact options.


Contacts: Add Entries

You can add any number of contact persons.


To do so, click on the plus icon.

The following contact settings are available to you:

  • Portrait*

  • Name
    e.g., the first and last name of the contact person

  • Position

  • Email

  • Phone number 1
    e.g., the landline number

  • Phone number 2
    e.g., the mobile number

*Required fields

It is recommended to represent the contact persons with a portrait picture to build a personal connection. However, in the "Layout" tab, you can choose to hide the portraits in this component altogether.​


Add Social Links

It is recommended to give your applicants the option to connect with your HR personnel via social networks. The following options are available:

  • Enable Facebook link
    Please enter your company's Facebook URL.

  • Enable LinkedIn link
    Please enter your company's or HR person's LinkedIn URL.

  • Enable XING link
    Please enter your company's or HR person's XING URL.

  • Enable Facebook Messenger link
    This link is generated automatically. You only need to add your Facebook user or company name, which you can find in the Facebook URL after the slash symbol.

  • Enable WhatsApp link
    This link is generated automatically. You only need to provide your phone number connected to WhatsApp.


Layout Settings

The following layout settings are available to you:

  • Hide portraits

  • Color of buttons and social links

  • Display entries in a slider on mobile

Please remember that if you display more than 4 contacts, it makes sense to activate the option "Display entries in a slider on mobile". The contacts will then no longer be arranged one below the other on a mobile device, but in a carousel, making the display more compact.
