Even if you have the "Administrator" role in softgarden, you do not automatically receive notifications about incoming emails or applications.
Important to know: Notifications are only sent to members of the respective job team, regardless of the system role.
What does this mean for you?
You have system-wide access to settings, user management, and overarching functions.
To receive job-related notifications, you must assign yourself to the respective job team.
What can you do?
Open the job in the "Overview" tab.
Add yourself to the job team if you're not already assigned.
Ensure that the desired notification types are activated (e.g., new applications, comments, ratings, etc.).
After that, you will automatically receive all relevant notifications for this job, provided that the corresponding notification types have been selected in your profile.
π‘Tip: Job team assignment is necessary even if you are the sole admin, as softgarden deliberately separates system role and job affiliation to manage communication effectively.
