Applicants have the option to withdraw their application independently.
Colleagues assigned as job team members with one of the following roles:
β JUST-HIRE ADMINISTRATOR β JUST-HIRE RECRUITER β JUST-HIRE RECRUITER-SPECIALIST
as well as the job owner, receive an email notification if the corresponding notification setting is activated.
The application is automatically moved to the "Cancelled" status. Within the application, under the "Application" tab, you can see that the application was withdrawn by the applicant.
π‘Note: If a role created based on the above standard roles has been customized, it should be checked whether the permissions for email notifications are correctly set.
