I just registered as an employee with softgarden to view the internal job ads. However, I only see the external ads, not the internal ones.
In this case, your applicant account is not yet marked as an employee.
📌 Step-by-step guide:
1️⃣ Click on the "Settings" entry in the top menu bar.
2️⃣ Enter your business email address in the "Change Employee Status" field and click on "Save".
3️⃣ The change is confirmed. You will now receive an email to activate the change.
4️⃣ After clicking on the link in the received email, the switch is complete, and the internal job offers are directly visible.
For your information, in case the password is forgotten:
The password reset email will be sent to the contact address with which the account was originally created – not to the business email address that was merely recorded to change the account.
The contact address used can be viewed in the settings under "Personal Data".
