Important: The following information relates exclusively to features of the paid "Career Page Pro" module and is only relevant to customers who have purchased this module.
The internal career page is designed to provide internal job postings exclusively for employees and to allow them to submit applications for these internal positions.
On the internal career page, you can publish job openings intended solely for your employees. It can be accessed via your career page URL with the addition of "/internal."
The internal career page requires the "personal area" to be set up. This area includes pages for login and registration, job applications, and personal data.
Step 1: Start the setup
Open "Your Career Page" in the dashboard. Within your career page, you will find the "Internal Career Page" tile, which has a status of "Not published."
Click on the tile. If the personal area is not yet active, a message stating “Personal area required” will appear.
The personal area is necessary because, by default, internal job openings are only visible after logging in. The login page is part of the personal area. This is also where your employees verify their business email address—a step required for them to gain access to the internal job openings.
Click on “Open personal area.”
Step 2: Create a personal area
Navigate to “Other pages” › “Personal hub.” Click on “Create personal area.”
Confirm by selecting "Proceed." The pages will be created but not yet published, allowing you to adjust them at your own pace first.
After that, you will see three pages with the status “Deactivated”:
Login and registration
My applications
My data
Step 3: Customize pages
Click on a page to open and customize it in the builder.
Login and registration
This page displays the login form. Below it, employees who do not yet have an account can register.
After registration, a confirmation page appears. In the editing window, you can switch between views - "Sign In," "Registration," and "Registration Successful" - using the corresponding tabs, and adjust the headings, text, and colors.
My applications
Applicants can check the status of their applications and submit documents here.
My Data
Here, applicants can manage their personal information, password, employment status, and account.
Step 4: Activate Personal Area
Once the pages are ready, click “Activate Personal Area” under “Additional Pages” › “Personal Area” and confirm by clicking “Continue.”
The three pages will then be available immediately. In addition, a login button will appear on your career site and on all existing landing pages.
Step 5: Create an Internal Career Page
Go back to "Your career page" and click on the "Internal career page" tile again. Confirm by clicking "Continue."
The internal career site opens in the builder. The "Job Openings" component displays your internal job vacancies here.
You can add further components using the plus icon, just as you do on your career page.
Step 6: Define access
In the builder, open the settings by clicking the gear icon and select the "Access" tab. Under "Access settings," specify who can view the internal job postings:
Login required: Access is granted only after logging in. This option is enabled by default.
Restrict access to specific IP addresses: Access is permitted only via authorized IP addresses—for example, those from your company network.
Hide only the jobs instead of blocking the entire page: Visitors without authorization can still view the page, but a message will appear in place of the job listings.
Apply your selections by clicking "Save."
Note: If both "Login required" and "IP restriction" are active, meeting either one of these conditions is sufficient. Users on an authorized network can view internal job postings without needing to log in, while users who are logged in can view them from any location.
If both options are disabled, the internal careers page will be publicly accessible.
Whitelisting IP addresses
You can manage IP addresses within the applicant management system. The "Applicant management settings" link, located below the option, will take you directly there.
Enable "IP restriction (recommended)" in that section. Enter an IP address or an address range (in CIDR format) under "Enter IP/range (CIDR)" and click "Add." You may also add an optional comment, such as the location.
Step 7: Publish and verify
Click "Publish" in the builder. Your internal career page is now live.
If the option "Hide only jobs instead of blocking the page" is enabled, visitors without the necessary permissions will still be able to see the page and all its content. However, instead of the job listings, a "Protected area" notice will be displayed.
If this option is not active, the page redirects visitors who lack authorization to the login screen. In the case of IP-based restriction alone, the page remains inaccessible to them.
