Why isn't my job displayed on the career page?

This help article covers the possible reasons why a job might not appear on the careers page and outlines useful troubleshooting steps.

There are various reasons why a job might no longer be visible on your career page. It depends on whether you are using the standard softgarden career page/iFrame, the Career Page Pro, or a custom company site with an API integration.

Softgarden Standard Career Page / iFrame

A job is no longer displayed on the standard career page or in the embedded iFrame if:

  • the job was posted as an offline job,

  • the job was subsequently deactivated manually,

  • the scheduled end date has been reached.

In these cases, the job automatically ceases to be visible.

Career Page Pro

  • With Career Page Pro, delays in data transmission may occur in rare cases.

  • If a job is not displayed, please contact softgarden technical support.

  • They can manually re-trigger the transmission of the job ads to update the listing.

Custom Company Page with API Integration

  • If you use your own careers page with an API integration, data is retrieved from softgarden via an interface managed by your IT team.

  • If the retrieval process fails to execute correctly, a job listing might not be updated or may not appear at all.

  • The same principle applies here as with standard job portals: only active jobs—those that have not been deactivated and have a valid posting period—are displayed.

  • Therefore, please check with your internal IT department to ensure the interface is retrieving data from softgarden regularly and correctly.

Important Notes

  • Check job status: Ensure the job is active in the system and the posting end date has not passed.

  • Note synchronization: Delays or missing data retrievals may occur with API or Career Site Pro integrations.

  • Contact technical support: If the job posting does not work despite correct settings, please contact softgarden technical support.
