Overview
With the CariNet job board integration, job advertisements can be published directly from the applicant management system onto the CariNet job board, the communication network of Caritas Germany.
Please note that this interface is only available to network partners of the CariNet service; authorised customers with enquiries regarding the use of this portal as an advertising platform may contact CarNet directly.
Before the integration can be used, Carinet must complete the set-up and provide a folder ID.
Prerequisites
Before you can set up the CariNet job board in the applicant tracking system, please complete the following steps:
Contact your CariNet contact person and apply to use the CariNet job board.
Complete the forms and documents required by CariNet.
Once the set-up process has been successfully completed, you will receive a unique folder ID from Carinet.
The folder ID is required to connect the applicant tracking system to your Carinet account.
Activating the Carinet interface in softgarden-ATS
To use the integration:
Log in as an admin and go to the system settings in softgarden-ATS
Go to the ‘Job Boards’ tab
Scroll down until you see the ‘CariNet’ entry
Toggle the switch on the right
Enter the folder ID
Once you have saved your changes, the CariNet job board integration is set up and can be used to publish job advertisements.
When publishing a job advertisement on CariNet, you can select or enter the following details in the advertisement placement menu:
Employer – Select the employer.
Work location – If multiple locations are stored in the CariNet database, you can select the desired work location.
Position – Select the position for the job advertisement.
Contract type – Specify the type of employment contract.
Contact person – Add a contact person whom applicants can contact if they have any questions about the role.
Please note that all fields in the booking menu are mandatory, and that the content of the drop-down menus comes from CariNet: this content cannot be edited in softgarden.
