In the applications section, various filters are available to help you quickly and precisely narrow down incoming applications. The structure follows the layout of the article on filtering options in the jobs section. All filters can be combined to tailor the view perfectly to your needs.

Saving filter sets
To reuse frequently used filter combinations more quickly, you can save custom filter sets. This is particularly helpful if you regularly work with the same criteria—such as specific locations, application stages, or job teams.
How to save filter sets
First, select the desired filters from the header bar or from the options available under the "More filters" button.
Then, click "Save filter."
Assign a unique name to your filter set.
The saved set will now appear in your filter list and can be activated at any time with a single click.
Managing filter sets
Clicking the pencil icon allows you to rename an existing filter set.
Sets you no longer need can be removed using the trash can icon.
Important note
If no jobs—or very few—are displayed despite having filters set, other active filter sets may be restricting the selection too much. In this case, use the "Reset" function to clear all filters and then select one of the four main filters again.
Note regarding missing or insufficient results
If no applications—or very few—are displayed despite having filters set, other active filter sets may be restricting the selection too much. In this case, use the "Reset" function to clear all filters and then select your desired filters again.
Tip
The filters can be combined in any way to optimally narrow down the list of applicants—especially helpful when there are many active job openings or multiple locations.
