What are the Filter Options in the "Jobs" Section?

Various filters are available in the job overview to help you find jobs quickly and specifically. The filters help you narrow down jobs by responsibilities, characteristics or status.

Filter in the header bar

Job team filter

You can find this filter right next to the job search in the top filter bar:

  • All – Admin — shows all jobs in the entire system (only relevant for admins)

  • All — shows jobs where you are a job owner or job team member

  • All my jobs — shows jobs where you are the job owner

  • Invited — shows jobs where you were invited as a job team member

The following filters are also available

  • Owner — filters by responsible job owner

  • Category — filters by job categories

  • Company — filters by the company assignment of the jobs

  • Location — filters by job locations

Important: If no or only very few jobs are displayed despite the filters being set, other active filter sets may limit the selection too much. In this case, all filters should be removed using “Reset” and then one of the four main filters should be selected again.

Additional filters (via the "Additional filters" button)

You can use the "Additional filters" button to select further criteria to refine the job overview.

Additional filter criteria

Status

  • Online — currently published jobs (For the "Online" status, it is sufficient if at least one of the posting channels is active.)

  • Offline — unpublished jobs

Job number

  • Job number — filters by internal job ID + search function

Target audience

  • Internal

  • External

  • Internal and external

Career level

  • Career level — filters by seniority or experience level + search function

Recruiting teams

  • Recruiting teams — filters by assigned hiring teams + search function

Save Filter Sets

You can save custom filter sets to quickly reuse frequently used filter combinations. This is particularly helpful if you regularly work with the same criteria—such as specific locations, categories, or job teams.

Here’s how to save filter sets:

  1. Select the desired filters from the header bar or from the options under the "More filters" button.

  2. Click "Save filter."

  3. Give your filter set a unique name.

  4. The saved set will now appear in your filter list and can be activated at any time with a single click.

Manage filter sets

  • You can simply rename the existing filter set by clicking on the pencil symbol.

  • Sets that are no longer needed can be removed using the trash can symbol.

Important to note

If no or only very few jobs are displayed despite the filters being set, other active filter sets may restrict the selection too much. In this case, you should use “Reset” to remove all filters and then select one of the four main filters again.

The saved filter sets are always account-related and are therefore only available to you.

Tip

The filters can be combined in any way to optimally narrow down the job list—especially helpful when there are many active vacancies or multiple locations.
