If you want to use a custom layout for specific areas—for example, with different images or a different design—you can create an additional layout.
This makes sense if you want to visually distinguish between different areas of activity.
Structure of the job advertisement
Each job advertisement consists of two components:
Content
The specific text of the job posting (e.g., description, duties, requirements).
Layout
The visual design, such as images, colors, and structure.
You can adjust the layout without changing the ad text.
Select layout
In the second step of job creation, you select a layout.
If multiple jobs use the same layout, the same images and design elements are displayed for all of them.
If you want to use a custom layout for a specific job, three steps are necessary:
Create a new standard layout in the applicant management system
Open softgarden
Go to Settings → Customization → Job Ads.
All standard layouts are managed here. They are available independently of Career Site Pro.
How to create a new default layout
Select an existing layout from the list.
Click "Copy".
Adjust the layout—for example, by swapping the image or assigning a new title (such as "Chef," "Sales," or "IT").
Click "Save changes" to make the layout available for new jobs.
