The "Export Company Data" function allows you to export all data generated via the ATS. The export includes:
Data provided by applicants
Data entered by your company
System-generated data
Metadata
The data is provided as password-protected ZIP files.
Prerequisites
You need the "Export company data" permission. Admins and super admins have access by default.
Where can you find the data export?
Settings > Additional features > Data protection and security > Export company data
Admin Portal (https://my.softgarden.io) → Click on your profile picture in the top right → Export company data
How to export your data
Navigate to the export page (see above).
Click "Start data export."
A blue notification confirms: The export is in progress! You will receive an email as soon as the export is ready.
You can leave the page—you will receive an email once the export is complete.
Download export
Once the export is ready:
You will receive an email containing the password for the ZIP files.
Open the export page. A green notification confirms that the export is ready.
Download the ZIP files (company data, jobs, applications, attachments).
Use the password from the email to unzip the files.
The export remains available for 7 days. After that, it is automatically deleted and can be generated again.
Export History
Below the export section, you will find a table listing all previous exports (who initiated the export, for which company, the date, and the current status).
