Do you work with external recruiters or HR consultants and want to seamlessly integrate their candidates into your recruiting process?

With softgarden's Agency module, you can manage profiles of external applicants directly in the softgarden ATS.

The Agency Module is fully integrated into softgarden, allowing you to collaborate with external service providers on talent sourcing within a single system. This makes coordination clear and time-efficient—eliminating the need for endless email back-and-forth.

The Agency Module can also be integrated into existing client systems.

To activate the Agency Module for your company, simply contact your softgarden account manager or the support team.

Once the Agency Module has been activated for your company, you can access it under Settings > Additional Features > Agency Module.

Invite the recruiters you work with using the blue "Invite recruiter" button. A form will open where you can enter the recruiter's name, email address, and phone number.

The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If the invited person does not accept the invitation within that period, you can generate another invitation link using the three-dot menu to the right of the person's name.
