Every system at softgarden has automatically assigned a standard privacy notice page. This is displayed on the careers page via a link at the bottom left. You can access the career page via “Settings” > “Overview” in the “Subdomain” area. In addition, the data protection information is made available to applicants for review during the application process. A personal link can also be sent to applicants who have not yet read the information.
These standard data protection notices change dynamically depending on the additional components that are added or deactivated. For example, if the Career Page Pro is booked and activated, a corresponding passage is included in the data protection information.
Under “Settings” > “Additional functions” > “Data protection and security” it is possible to store a URL for your own data protection information page or a document under “Link to your data protection information”.
To do this, insert a URL that either points to a company-owned page or points to a document that was uploaded within your company.
This URL then immediately replaces the softgarden standard data protection information for the above-mentioned use cases.
Please note that if you add or deactivate additional components from the marketplace, your own document must be adapted externally accordingly.
