Inline Reporting

Your career page is equipped with an inline reporting system based on Matomo by default. Matomo is a powerful open-source analytics solution that emphasizes data privacy and data sovereignty. All key KPIs are automatically captured as soon as the page is published.

Learn more here about which KPIs are captured and how to use them.

Integrated Pixels

Additionally, you have the option to integrate the following popular tracking pixels by entering the corresponding ID in the settings in the dashboard:

  • Google Measurement ID (GA4): Enables detailed analysis of visitor behavior and provides insights into conversion rates and user paths.

  • Meta Pixel ID: Helps measure the effectiveness of your Facebook ads and create audiences for future campaigns.

  • LinkedIn Pixel ID (Insight Tag): Available from Release 37 in August 2024, it allows you to track the performance of your LinkedIn ads and gain valuable insights into your target audience.

Custom Pixels

If you want to use another platform to analyze your career page, please contact our support team. We can integrate various scripts for you, allowing you to use specialized analytics solutions tailored to your needs.

Please note that tracking pixels can be rejected by users of your career page in the cookie consent dialog. Therefore, we recommend using your own cookie consent solution (e.g., from OneTrust or Usercentrics) for custom tracking scripts. This solution ensures compliance with data protection regulations and obtains user consent. After scanning your career page with this solution, we can integrate the corresponding script and deactivate our cookie consent solution.
