When trying to invite a new colleague to softgarden, the message "The email domain is not allowed" appears. This means that the email domain used has not been approved in the system settings.


ℹ️ General Information

You can invite colleagues with any domain.

By default, after registration, the system allows invitations only to the domain with which you registered. This preset can be extended at will.


📖 Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Check the approved domains: Users with the assigned role of Just-Hire Administrator can view which email domains are approved for the company under the "User Management" → "Approved Domains" settings section.

2️⃣ Add a new domain: A new domain can be added by clicking on the pencil icon.

3️⃣ Save the domain: Now add the desired domain and confirm the change by clicking "Save." Colleagues with this domain can now be invited to the system.
