With Smart Calendar you can plan video interviews directly from the softgarden system. To get started, simply connect your preferred video provider and add it when scheduling your interview.

The prerequisite for planning video interviews is that your calendar is connected to the Softgarden applicant management system.

The following video services are currently supported:

To get started, navigate to “Your Account” → “Calendar” and then “Calendar Accounts.” Click “Add Provider” to connect additional video chat services to the system.

Now click on the desired video provider and log in with your account.

No sign-in is required for Google Meet – authentication takes place automatically when connecting a Google Calendar account.

Once you have successfully signed up, your video service will be added to the list of available providers, and you can start inviting candidates to video interviews.

For maximum flexibility, multiple providers can be added simultaneously.

When scheduling an interview using Smart Calendar, you can now select your preferred video interview provider.

The video details are generated in your calendar when the appointment is created, and the other participants are notified.
