When the Referral Manager is activated, a new tab appears under the "Reports" section.
Initially, you see a dashboard showing all referrals made within your system. It displays the number of links created and how often the "Apply Online" button was clicked. Additionally, it shows the number of applications received by the system via the Referral Manager.
In the "Report" tab, you can see which employees made recommendations, how many applications were received via specific individuals, and how many of those recommended applicants were hired.
You can customize reports even further using the "Referrer," "Job," "Channel," "Job Category," and "Location" filter options.
