Log in using the account you created via the referral manager invitation at the following link: https://referral.softgarden.io/Unternehmensname

Once logged in, you will see a list of all jobs available for referral directly on the dashboard.

To refer a job, click the "Refer" button and select the channel you wish to use for the referral.

Clicking on the job title allows you to view the listing.

You will then see options for recommending the job on the right-hand side.

Using the personal recommendation options via direct message, you can recommend specific individuals whom you believe would be a good fit for the advertised position.

In contrast, if you share a job on your social networks, all your contacts can potentially apply for the position or pass the listing on to others.

A new window will open where you need to enter the recipient's email address. You can also optionally include a personal message to the recipient.

Additionally, you can choose whether a copy of this email should be sent to you.

A window opens here where you can compose a message.

After clicking "Share," another window will open. This displays the link you can forward to your contacts.

Once you have pressed the "Send" button, you need to log in to WhatsApp via your smartphone's browser. To do this, follow the instructions in the screenshot below. Once logged in, you can share the link with your contacts however you like.

As soon as you click the "LinkedIn" button, a new window opens. Here, you can either register with LinkedIn or log in using your existing account.

Once you are logged in, you can choose whether to share the recommendation in a post or send it as a private message.

If a candidate applies via your referral link, the referral and the application date will appear under the "My Referrals" tab.

The applicant also has the option to choose to keep their application anonymous from you. In this case, you will only see that someone has applied.

Once an applicant has been hired, you can see that your referral was successful.
