To activate the Referral Manager, click on your icon, then on Settings, and finally on the new "Referral Manager" tab.

Your Referral Manager URL contains your company's domain name with softgarden.

Before adding employees to the Referral Manager, first configure the allowed email domains in the system. Only users with these email domains will be able to create an account in the Referral Manager.

By default, the allowed domains match those already defined in the applicant management system.

You can provide your employees with FAQs as help text for your employee referral program.

You can find them in the footer of the referral manager after logging in.

To align your website with your corporate identity, you can upload images (logo, cover image, and background) and set custom colors.

Use the "Edit" button to do this. You can then drag and drop images into the respective fields and adjust the button and text colors as needed.
