Google Job Indexing
Once a job is published on your career page, it is automatically submitted to the Google Indexing API. This ensures that the job posting is quickly findable in Google search results.
This automatic submission requires the use of softgarden's default domain. When using a custom domain, additional steps are necessary to ensure the correct indexing of job postings.
To set up on a custom domain, the following information must be entered in the settings of your career page:

Please instruct your IT department to handle this task and provide them with the following guide.
Google Guide
Start by opening the guide at the following link:
Then follow the 'Webmaster Central' link (Section 2.1).
Enter Custom Domain
Enter the URL of your custom domain (including https://) in the designated field on the right side and confirm by clicking 'Next'.
Copy HTML Tag
In the next step, open the 'HTML Tag' option and copy the displayed meta tag to your clipboard.
Do not close the browser tab yet.
Copy HTML Tag Content
Open any text editor and paste the copied tag there. Then copy the content of the meta tag.
Enter HTML Tag Content
Navigate to the settings of your career page and enter the copied meta tag content in the first field under Analytics. Don't forget to save your input.
Confirm Meta Tag
Return to your browser tab with the Google Search Console and confirm ownership by clicking 'Verify' in the HTML Tag section.
After successful verification, please click 'Done'.
Ownership verification is now complete.
Service Account
Open the guide again at:
Navigate to the 'Service Accounts' section.
Choose/Create Project
Create a new project here or select an existing one.
Create Service Account
Create a new service account in this project.
Assign Name
It is only necessary to give the service account a name, without assigning additional permissions. After setting the name, confirm by clicking 'Done'.
Your new service account is now created.
Show Email
Then click the link that shows the service account's email address.
Copy Email
Copy this address to your clipboard.
Users and Permissions
Go back to the Google Search Console, select 'Settings' at the bottom left, then 'Users and Permissions'.
Add New User
Add a new user.
Set User as Owner
Enter the previously copied email address into the modal window and select 'Owner' as the permission.
Create New Key
Return to Google Cloud, click the email link again, and switch to the 'Keys' tab to create a new key.
Download Key
Select 'JSON' as the format and click 'Create' to download the key file.
Copy Private Key
Open the downloaded file in an editor of your choice and copy the private key into the corresponding field in the domain settings of your career page.
Save Settings
Check your entries and save the settings.
Possible Error Message
If an error is displayed indicating that the Web Search Indexing API is not enabled, follow the link from the error message.
Enable Web Search Indexing API
Enable the API.
Done!
Then return to the settings of your career page and save again.
Done! Your jobs on your career page are now synchronized with Google.
