What is this about?
You can obtain your company data from softgarden as a consolidated export—for example, for archiving purposes or upon contract termination. The export is initiated by softgarden (no self-service or API required).
What is included?
By default, the export includes:
Jobs: all currently open jobs
Applications: all active applications (excluding those marked as hired or rejected)
Attachments: associated documents such as CVs, certificates, and profile pictures
Upon request, closed jobs and applications with a status of "hired" or "rejected" can also be included. Just let us know if you need this.
Format & Delivery
You will receive an email containing a download link (valid for 7 days).
The data is provided as a ZIP archive:

⚠️ Note: The link is time-limited and does not have additional password protection. Please provide the correct recipient address and keep the data secure.
If you are using Windows, please open the files using an external ZIP extractor; this is necessary to correctly display the password prompt for the files. Accessing these files via the built-in Windows ZIP function will not work!
What is the export intended for?

How to request the export
Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
Company name (and specific clients/tenants, if applicable)
Recipient email address for the download link
Scope required: Standard or including closed jobs and hired/rejected applications
Language for the notification email
We will confirm your request, initiate the export, and notify you as soon as the download is ready.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How long is the link valid? A: 7 days. After that, the export can be made available again upon request.
Q: Do we need special software to open the files? A: No. ZIP files can be opened normally; the JSON files can be imported by many tools (e.g., Excel, BI, ETL).
Q: Does it contain personal data? A: Yes, provided the data relates to active or selected applications. Please observe your internal data protection policies regarding storage and sharing.
Q: Can we export only specific jobs? A: No. The export is designed as a system-wide export. All information is always included.
