Everything starts with tasks.
This is the page for onboarding tasks. Here, you can create new tasks and edit existing ones. Once created, tasks can be used in multiple onboarding processes.
You can assign tasks to various roles involved in the onboarding process—such as new employees, their managers, colleagues, or the IT department.
Click the icon in the side menu to navigate to the "Tasks" page.
Onboarding task
This is an individual onboarding task. You can view the title, a preview of the task, the onboarding phase to which the task belongs, and any added translations.
You can edit, duplicate, or delete the task.
Starting the onboarding process
Once the process has been created and a new employee is ready to be onboarded, click the "Start" button next to the selected template. A new window will appear where you can enter all the necessary information about the employee.
Individual onboarding process
This is an example template for an onboarding process. Once created, the template can be used an unlimited number of times.
An onboarding flow can include tasks for all phases: pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding. These can be combined as needed.
Create new task
Create a new task using the button at the top. The task editor will open.

Overview of onboarding flows
Here you will find all onboarding flows created by you or your team members.
An onboarding flow is a sequence of tasks that can be assigned to the various people involved in a new employee's onboarding process.
You can create new flows, as well as edit, duplicate, or delete existing ones.
These tasks can be combined into onboarding flows.
Overview of all information
To review all answers to questions and tasks included in the onboarding process, click the three-dot icon next to the task.
You can now view all data collected from the employee during the onboarding process.
Track progress on the dashboard
The dashboard displays all tasks from active and scheduled onboarding flows.
You can quickly check their status, see who is responsible, and preview the provided answers.
