With this component, you can make your employer ratings visible and significantly increase the applicant conversion.
The Feedback Solution is a paid add-on that can be booked through our sales department in the Marketplace.
The component consists of:
Feedbacks (quotes): Your applicants and new employees rate the application and onboarding experience.
Certificate number and validity
Seal and rating
Number of feedbacks and link to the certificate page
Options
The feedback component is a fully automatic solution and does not need to be filled with content. Once this add-on is booked and the required number of feedbacks is available, you can publish this component on your career page.
Please contact support if this component is displayed as inactive in the builder, even though the above conditions are met.
The feedback component can be extended with Recruiting KPIs if there is enough data available in applicant management. Select the view with KPIs for this.
You can also enable the compact view for mobile devices, which displays information in the footer of the component in a carousel.
