Do you want to reuse a job ad without entering everything again? With the "Copy Job" function, you can do it in just a few clicks:

Copying an Active Job

1. Go to the "Jobs" section, select the "Active" filter, and click on the three dots ("⋮") in the row of the job you want to copy.

2. Click on "Copy Job" to create a new job ad based on the existing job.

3. The job assistant opens – here you can edit all details, such as the title, location, or description, and then publish the new job.

Copying a Closed Job

1. Go to the "Jobs" section, select the "Closed" filter, and click on the three dots ("⋮") in the row of the job you want to copy.

2. The job assistant opens – here you can edit all details, such as the title, location, or description, and then publish the new job.

💡Tip: This feature is perfect if you want to post similar positions multiple times or reuse a proven text.
