Manually Add Application
Open the relevant job. You can add an application using the blue + button at the top right. By clicking it, an entry panel opens on the right, and in the next step, you can select "Add Manually" at the top, opening the entry field.
Applicant Data
In addition to entering the applicant's data, you can upload the resume and other documents or optionally enter the resume data manually. Mandatory fields here are first name, last name, and email.
If individual questions were defined during job creation, they can also be recorded at this point. Individual questions are not mandatory fields here.
Acknowledgment of Receipt
Finally, you have the option to send the applicant an acknowledgment of receipt and the data privacy request. Complete by clicking the "Add" button.
