How do I edit received applications?

Your first applications have arrived? Congratulations! We’ll show you how to review them.

The applicant profile in softgarden includes all the information and documents related to this application.

Status Bar

In the upper section, you will find initial general information about the applicant. You can move the application to the next application status using the blue "New" button.

It also shows when the applicant applied for which job advertisements.

You can return to the 'All Applications' overview using the blue arrow at the top left.

Profile Overview

The profile section contains the applicant's personal details and some additional information from the system, such as date of receipt, entry channel (= initial contact), and type of application.

Resume

Here, details of work experience, education, and language qualifications appear.

Tags

Tags can be used to categorize applicants for later searches and to filter in the "Applications" tab. (Max. 50 tags possible per system)

Applicant Data

Under Applicant Data, an overview of applicant information appears with details on general information about the application itself, personal data, address data, and contact options.

Attachments

Here, all documents attached by the applicant appear, and you have the option to display and export all data in a "Summary as PDF."

Emails

Emails to the applicant are listed here chronologically, provided the correspondence was done through or with integration of the system.

Ratings

Here, candidates can be rated from 1-5 stars for the predefined skills in job creation. The average rating results from the team's submitted ratings considering the weighting of respective categories.

Post-hoc additions and adjustments are possible by the feedback provider.

Tasks

In the Tasks section, you can create reminders and to-dos for yourself or colleagues.

Click the plus in the upper right corner to create a new task.

Notes

You can use the "Personal Notes" field for yourself, and no one else has access to it.

History

The history lists all activities or changes in the applicant profile by date and employee indication.

Applicant Actions

This section provides additional functions for applicant management: The application can be shared, duplicated, or canceled or paused using the appropriate button.
