Here’s how it works
• You can assign a task to up to 5 people.
• The task appears in the task list of each assigned person.
• As soon as one person completes the task, it is marked as done for everyone—no one else needs to do anything.
Why it works this way
Tasks are often of the "whoever has time first" variety—such as screening candidates, booking a room, or reviewing a document. If every assigned person had to mark the task as complete individually, it would result in unnecessary duplication of effort.
Real-world example
You assign the task "Call candidate" to three recruiters. The first colleague to reach the candidate completes the task. It then automatically disappears from the lists of the other two.
What should I do if every person involved needs to take action themselves?
If the task actually requires each person to do something individually (e.g., providing feedback that each manager must submit personally), create a separate task for each person instead.
