Overview
With the Indeed Apply option, candidates can submit their applications directly on Indeed without being redirected to the softgarden application form. This reduces the application drop-off rate and typically results in a higher volume of applications.
Activation
Direct application can only be enabled by administrators in the system settings.
Path: Settings → Job Boards → Job Boards
There, you will find the "Indeed – Direct Application (Indeed Apply)" toggle, which can be enabled.

Impact of activation
Once activated, the following applies:
Candidates coming via Indeed use the Indeed application form rather than the softgarden application form.
The application is automatically created in softgarden.
The drop-off rate decreases because the application process on Indeed is shorter and optimized.
Employers benefit from a higher conversion rate.
Important note
When Indeed Apply is enabled, the softgarden application form is not used for applications received via Indeed.
