Improved Visibility with the Single Scroll

05 August 2026

Say goodbye to the independently scrollable sections and welcome the single screen scrolling. The ease of navigation has been improved for you, with main navigation and page header staying on the screen while the remaining sections scroll along organically.

Single Scroll has been integrated across the whole product: Dashboard, Job Overview & Details, Application Overview & Details, Talents Overview & Details, Approvals, Reports, Feedback, Marketplace, Shop, Emails, Tasks, Account, and Settings. 🔄

Enjoy the improved user experience and benefit from document pattern scrolling for the best possible experience!

More Transparency & GDPR Compliance in the Hiring Process

04 August 2026

Candidates who withdraw their application or delete their profile are now clearly identified in the system.

New: Two Clear Statuses:

Withdrawn: The candidate has ended the recruitment process on their own. Status changes are locked, however emails can still be sent.

Profile Deleted: The candidate has exercised their right to be forgotten under the GDPR. Neither status changes nor communication is possible. The profile is automatically anonymized after 6 months, and the candidate receives a confirmation email.

👉 These new rules take effect immediately across the entire system, providing greater clarity and trust - for you and your candidates.

Newest Highlights - Reimagined Welcome Page and more...

28 July 2026

With our latest updates you can now:

  • Close the gap in the candidate journey with a rebuilt Welcome Page builder. New content blocks for images, videos and teasers, plus full corporate design control, let you carry the tone of your career site straight into onboarding. What you build is exactly what the new employee sees – no HTML, no cryptic forms, and mobile-first throughout.

  • Keep an overview of all your tasks. For admins and HR, the task section is now a central overview of all tasks across all active flows – especially helpful when many onboardings run in parallel. You see at a glance what's open, blocking, overdue or done, who's responsible, and which flow and employee each task belongs to. The "Only my tasks" toggle brings the view back to your own tasks at any time.

  • Start offboarding flows before the date is fixed. Since offboarding dates are often still open when a flow starts, the date is now optional. Those tasks show as pending, stay visible to admins only, and trigger no notifications until the date is added. New dedicated offboarding emails – a farewell to the employee and notifications to manager and buddy – round out the phase.

  • Translate at the push of a button. Welcome pages and task templates can now be translated with AI, which takes care of the first and most time-consuming step. You stay in control of every adjustment, and language versions are still maintained separately.

Enjoy our smart improvements and create more meaningful workflows for seamless hiring!

Bulk Move Applications Between Hiring Steps

22 July 2026

With the new "Bulk Move" feature, you can update multiple applications at once. Select the applications you want to move and choose the following hiring step:

  • up to 25 applications are moved immediately after confirmation

  • for more than 25 applications, they are processed in the background, allowing you to continue work as usual, monitor live progress, and receive a notification once the process is complete

Spend less time on repetitive administration and keep your recruitment process moving efficiently with bulk application management. 💼

More Flexibility in Your Workflows

13 July 2026

You can now edit the workflows for your recruitment processes even after a job has been activated.

From now on, you can:

  • rename workflow steps

  • add new steps

  • or reorder existing steps

This saves you a lot of manual effort whenever your process changes or if a mistake has slipped into the workflow. 🎉
