Click the eye icon in the applications overview to open a combined detail view as an overlay, showing all key candidate information and documents directly on the list page.

From here, you can:

  • View all available documents

  • Review candidate details

  • Open files in a new tab if needed

You can also move candidates to the next stage, reject, or pause them directly via buttons at the bottom of the overlay.

Print and PDF versions for jobs

Job postings are now available as clean print versions using print CSS, as well as compact PDF versions.

  • PDFs exclude images for faster loading

  • Compatible with all common devices and browsers


SEO & AI-readable job feed

A new public JSON job feed structures your active job postings, making them more accessible and machine-readable for search engines, crawlers, and AI systems.


Events widget with auto-expiry

The events widget now automatically hides past events—keeping your pages up to date without any manual cleanup.


Job search by title only

You can now restrict job search to titles only, excluding descriptions and other attributes—for more precise search results.


Download user-uploaded images

Images uploaded by users can now be downloaded directly from the career page and remain available even if the original source files are deleted.


Optimized indexing

Settings are now applied consistently across pages, job layouts, and languages—and are aligned with the softgarden ATS by default.
