It's time to say goodbye to impersonal applications and welcome video applications! Two minutes are enough for your applicants to leave an unforgettable impression.
Applicants can record videos about themselves, their career goals, and why they believe they are a good fit for your company. This is done in addition to their resume, which will be visible to the recruitment team. Remember – the video script is fully customizable!

Once the video application is activated for you, the corresponding option is available in the new application form. You can enable the video application for individual job layout templates.
First, choose the welcome option ("Video Introduction").
To reduce the inhibition threshold before the video application, lead by example and welcome the applicant with a video message. Use either the provided video or add your own by choosing the "YouTube/Vimeo" option.
Of course, you can also use a picture as a welcome.
Use Your Own Introduction Text
The video application is ready to use without changing a single text. But you can!
Enable the "Use Your Own Introduction Text" switch.
Explain in your own introduction text why you are offering the application via video and what opportunities it offers to the applicant.
Remember that users should not feel excluded by this introduction text due to possible limitations.
Configure Question
A question should be as simple as possible.
The following formatting options are available:
Emphasis: Bold and italic
Please note that when using custom fonts, the corresponding font weights (bold and italic) must be uploaded for these styles to take effect in the text.
Colors: You can assign any color to the entire text or individual words. The colors are defined in the "Design" tab. First, highlight the text and then click the circle icon with the color to color the text.
Links: Links can also be set in the text, which can either open in the same (default) or a new window.
Preview
All adjustments can be checked in the preview.
Please note that a video application is not possible in the preview. Publish the new application form to see it in action!
