How Many Jobs Are Included in Our Current Plan?

This help article is about how to check the number of job slots you have available, why you may not be able to create new jobs and what special features need to be taken into account in the client system.

Why can't I create a new job?

If you are unable to create a new job, it is usually due to insufficient permissions or an exhausted license quota. The following points will help you quickly troubleshoot the issue.

1. Insufficient permissions

Your user account may lack the necessary rights to create jobs.

What to do? Please contact someone with administrator privileges to have your access rights checked and, if necessary, adjusted.

2. License limit reached (job slots exhausted)

If the creation menu indicates that no further job can be created, your quota for simultaneously active jobs has been exhausted.

Important: All active jobs across the entire system count—including internal jobs, jobs with open applications, and jobs belonging to other clients, provided they do not have their own quota.

How many job slots does our current plan include?

The number of available job slots depends directly on your current license.

View license

Go to Settings → Subscription. There you will find:

  • your current license plan

  • the number of included job slots

  • how many slots are already in use

What to do if the limit has been reached?

a) Close active jobs

  • Check the "Jobs" section to see if any positions have already been filled or closed.

  • Closing a job frees up a slot.

  • You can then create a new job immediately.

b) Upgrade your license

If you need more active jobs on an ongoing basis: Contact your account manager or email [email protected]. Responses are provided within 48 hours (on business days, excluding Berlin or national public holidays). They will assess which upgrade options are suitable.

c) Save the job as a draft

If you are currently creating a new job but no slot is available:

  • Save the job as a draft.

  • You can publish it later once a slot becomes free or your license has been upgraded.

Specifics of the Multi-Tenant System

Shared Quota

Sub-tenants without their own license share the job quota with the main tenant. → All parties share the same job slots.

Dedicated Quota

Sub-tenants with their own license have a separate job quota—independent of the main company.

If you wish to change this configuration, please contact your account manager, who can advise you on suitable contract options.

Important Notes

  • The number of job slots is fixed to the license.

  • Exceeding this limit is not possible.

  • New jobs can only be created once a slot becomes available or the license has been upgraded.

  • Regularly check the subscription section to ensure your quota is sufficient—especially when managing multiple sub-tenants.
