Media Mix
The Media Mix component is the perfect solution if you want to present your company impressively without much prose. It consists of 9 tiles that can be individually configured.
First, you can choose between the Justify layout (see image) and Fancy.
Fancy Layout
The Fancy layout displays the tiles slightly staggered. As you scroll, the tiles move at different speeds (parallax effect), giving your career page a dynamic look.
Editing Window in the Builder
The editing window in the builder is structured differently from other components. Each tile has its own tab on the right side of the editing window. Switch between the tiles by clicking on the tabs.
First Tile: Video
The first tile is pre-populated with a YouTube/Vimeo video.

Alternatively, the video can be replaced with an image.
Second Tile: Quote
The second tile is pre-populated with a quote. Alternatively, the quote can be replaced with an image.
The following content elements are available for the quote:
Quote text
We recommend setting the text in italics. Please note that if you use custom fonts, the italic font weight must be uploaded.
Tip: Keep quotes simple and short. A long quote is unlikely to be read.
Portrait
A quote becomes interesting only when accompanied by a suitable portrait. However, you can also disable the image.
Name
Text options: bold, italic, colored
Position

Tile background color
Third Tile: Image
The third tile is pre-populated with an image. Alternatively, the image can be replaced with a YouTube/Vimeo video.

Fifth Tile: Gallery
The fifth tile is pre-populated with a slider gallery. Alternatively, the gallery can be replaced with an image.
The following content elements are available for the gallery:
Images
Headline (one headline for all images, can also be completely disabled)
There is no maximum or minimum number of images – if you add only one image, the carousel function is automatically turned off and the arrows are disabled.
Sixth Tile: Key Figures
The sixth tile is pre-populated with a key figures gallery. Alternatively, the key figures can be replaced with an image.
The following content elements are available for key figures:
Key figure
Text below the key figure
Background image (one image for all key figures)
Avoid replacing key figures with long text headlines. The text size in the key figures is set to be optimal for numbers.
Seventh Tile: Image
The seventh tile is pre-populated with an image. Alternatively, the image can be replaced with a YouTube/Vimeo video.

Eighth Tile: Job List
The eighth tile is pre-populated with the job list. Alternatively, the job list can be replaced with an image.
The following information is displayed in the shortened job list:
Current job offers (sorted by date, the number of jobs varies depending on the length of the job title.
Location
Label “New” (if a job has been posted within the last seven days.
Ninth Tile: Map with Job Locations
The ninth tile is pre-populated with a map. Alternatively, the map can be replaced with an image.
The following information is displayed on the map:
Locations of all job offers (The number on the pin indicates the number of jobs at that location.)

Mosaic
The mosaic component is an evolution of the media mix concept and follows the same idea. It allows you to present your company in an impressive way without many words. The component consists of at least one and up to 20 tiles that can be flexibly configured.
Each tile can contain one of the following contents:
Image
Video
Quote
Key Figure
Headline and Text
Large Text
Job List
Map
Employer Reviews
General Settings
In the “General” tab, two basic settings can be adjusted:
Adjust spaces
Adjust corner rounding
In this component, the corner rounding from your career page design settings is not adopted. Instead, you can adjust the corner rounding individually to better match the size of the spaces.
Structure
The mosaic component is divided into rows, with at least 1 and up to 5 rows that can be activated.
Each row consists of at least one and up to 4 tiles.
The number (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x) indicates the number of tiles within a row
Background
In the “Background” tab, you can set the background color of the component. The spaces between the tiles will then adopt this color.
Rows
Each row can contain up to 4 tiles.
In the editing window, 4 tiles are always displayed. If the row consists of fewer than 4 tiles, click on the eye icon to hide one or more tiles.
Since the tiles are not deleted, you retain full flexibility in designing the rows.
Custom Row Layout
The creative centerpiece of the mosaic component is the “Custom Row Layout”.
If 2 or 3 tiles are activated in a row, the checkbox for the “Custom Row Layout” is enabled. This allows you to select the proportions of individual tiles from predefined options.
This allows you to create a dynamic look between the rows and make the component more exciting.
Alternatively, you can keep the width of the tiles the same in all rows for a more consistent effect.
If a row consists of one or 4 tiles, the option for the “Custom Row Layout” is not available.
Extra Height
If you want to give a row special importance, you can increase the height of this row by enabling the corresponding option.
Content Types
Each tile can be filled with different content.
Image
The images retain the proportions defined for the desktop on tablets and mobile devices.Video
Videos can be uploaded and do not require cookie consent approval. They are automatically played when your career page is accessed.
Alternatively, you can also embed videos as a YouTube or Vimeo link. In this case, the video starts in the overlay only after clicking the play button and confirming cookie consent approval.
Quote
Quotes are always displayed on a selected color background and can be shown with or without a portrait.Key figure
A key figure can be used on a color background or an image background.Headline and text (and button)
Headlines and texts can be placed on a color background or an image background. Additionally, a button can be activated below the text.Large text
Large text can be used on a color background or an image background.Job list
A job list is always displayed on white. You can display one of the attributes above the job title:Job category,
Target group,
Location (default),
Date.
Additionally, the filter presets can be optionally activated and only jobs in the language of the page displayed.
Map
The map shows the locations of your job offers. Alternatively, custom locations can also be displayed. In this tile, the filter presets can also be optionally activated, and only job locations in the language of the page displayed.Employer reviews
