How to Get Started
Click on the blue 'Create Job' button in the 'Jobs' section at the top right to create a new job posting.
Define the Framework Data (Step 1)
In the first step, provide all important basic information about your job posting:
Job Title - This should clearly describe the role
Location - Where is the position based?
Work Model - Is there an option for remote work?
Target Group - Who is the job posting aimed at?
Classification - Choose the appropriate terms from a catalog system to describe the role for optimal findability on the most common job boards
Job Team - Invite colleagues who are involved in recruiting to collaborate
Salary Information - Optional but helpful to attract as many suitable applications as possible

Appearance and Description (Step 2)
Job Posting Layout - Choose from preset layouts or define your own
Description - Fill in the text field by rewriting the description, pasting existing texts without formatting, or the integrated AI can create a suggestion based on the details from Step 1, which you can then customize
Structured Text - softgarden offers ways to easily meet the format requirements of specific job boards
