First, please check if you mistakenly want to sign into app.softgarden.io. This link is exclusively for employers and is intended for use with the Softgarden Applicant Management System.

However, you applied to a specific company. Therefore, an applicant account has been created directly with that company. Log in only through the corresponding link of the company where you submitted your application.

📌 How to find the correct login link?

❗Important: The applicant portal is only for viewing and managing submitted applications. All communication from the company will occur outside the applicant portal—usually via email or phone. Therefore, you will not miss any important information about your application, even if you cannot log into the portal.

Here you see an example view of a career portal where you can check the status of your application after logging in via the login button.

If you have forgotten your password or have not yet set one, please execute the “Forgot Password” function on the respective customer page.

The sent email contains, in addition to the link for password creation, the login name required for successful login on the respective career site.

If you receive the error message that an account already exists under the specified email address when submitting your application, please follow these steps:

Check if you already have an account:

Try to log into the company's applicant portal with your login name and password.

If you have forgotten your password and/or login name or have not yet set a password, use the “Forgot Password” function on the company's career page.

Please note that external password managers may prefill incorrect information. We recommend entering the login data manually. If a field with “I am not a robot” appears, please check this option in addition to the login data.

📩 The sent email contains, besides the link for password creation, your login name, which is required for successful login on the respective job portal.

💡Tip: If you have applied to multiple companies via Softgarden in the past, a separate account has been created for each company you applied to. Therefore, always use the direct login link of the respective company to access your applicant account.
